Cebolla Rice

Bomba is an ancient varietal of short round grain rice with a pearled color, and is treasured throughout Spain. When cooked, it increases its size by 100%, absorbing more than 4.5x the broth used, making it ideal for paella dishes. This great capacity to absorb flavors while still remaining firm is its main feature. It will not overcook as easily as other Valencian rice types, which is why we highly recommend this rice for your next paella or rice dish!
