
Exceptional caviar from a unique fish Antonius Caviar Albino is obtained from Bester.
It is a hybrid of Beluga and Sterlet sturgeon (Huso huso x Acipenser ruthenus).
The fish reaches maturity at the age of 7-8 years, and its weight varies from 1.5 to 3 kg. Bester albino is a real rarity.

Most albino caviar available on the world market is produced only from Sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus).
The albino form of bester is extremely rare. Its roe comes in unique creamy yellow shades.
