Arabic Gum, 38686

GUM ARABIC (E414): Polysaccharide of natural origin that is extracted from the resin of sub-Saharan trees (Acacia Senegal and Acacia Seyal).
Emulsifier, thickener and stabilizer. It is used as an adhesive for buns and ice cream, as a crystallization inhibitor in pastries, as a stabilizer for beer foam, as an anti-hardening agent in bread, as a thickener in jams, as an encapsulant of aromas and as a clarifying agent in wines.

THICKENING AGENTS: a thickener is a texturizing agent that allows us to obtain more or less viscous solutions without forming gels. The Sosa Ingredients range of thickeners allows us a variation from the least thick to the thickest with different textures: coulis, pastry cream, ointment, etc… to adapt to each gastronomic need. Always respecting the flavor of the textured element as much as possible.
