SICOLY’s frozen and sweetened strawberry purée is made from a blend of four varieties of strawberries picked at optimum ripeness. The selected strawberries are processed into fruit purée in our production facilities following a specific process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
