Vacherin Mont d’or Petit (Pre-Order)

The cream of Franche-Comté cheeses! Vacherin Mont d’Or is easily identifiable in its spruce box. Its thin, orange-yellow, pleated rind conceals a whitish mousse. Its white paste is very creamy and runny. On the palate, it is very delicate, melting, and releases woody flavors.
