
An uncooked pressed cow’s milk cheese , our Tomme de Savoie PGI is made from raw milk. It has a greyish, speckled, and well-flowered rind. Its perforated, soft and supple paste offers the palate different bouquets of flavors , varying according to the seasons and the ripening time. When young, the Tomme seduces with its mild and delicate taste. Further ripened, it reveals more pronounced, powerful and rustic aromas.
