This is a tomato juice made only from plum tomatoes grown in Puglia, picked at the right level of ripeness, with a pinch of sea salt. It is prepared according to the Marco Colzani method, which in all its products adheres to a careful selection of quality raw materials and the exclusion of everything unnecessary.
