Hawaiian red salt is harvested on the island of Molokai in the Hawaiian archipelago. It is the sacred volcanic clay which gives this salt its unique terracotta color and notes of grilled hazelnut.
This salt will add a very original finishing touch to your dishes. Season and garnish with the color red. Excellent on fish, and foie gras.
