Raspadura half wheel with knife & pouches

Our story starts in Lodi in 1947, the year in which three young undergraduates in their final year at the University of Milan decided to become cheesemakers. Inside their father’s farm buildings they organized their first dairy in order to transform their own milk and the milk of the surrounding farms into cheese. The idea was an instant success.
