Prosciutto Parma, Boneless “Crudo”

CLAI is an agricultural cooperative in Imola (BO) specializing in the production of cured meats, particularly salami, and fresh beef and pork. In recent years the cooperative has acquired the historic Zuarina ham factory in Langhirano (PR) and the Faggiola dairy cooperative in Palazzuolo sul Senio (FI).
