Maison Ponthier’s partner farmers must respect very strict specifications to receive this label, and must focus all their efforts on the quality of their fruit. This prestigious label guarantees a minimum sugar content, perfect traceability and size below 22mm. Lorraine Mirabelle plums are always picked “perfectly ripe”. They have fine, taught skin which does not alter the taste. Other assets: Lorraine Mirabelle plums have a light fragrance and delicate flavour with juicier and sweeter flesh.
