Extra virgin olive oil mille cutrera which has an incredibly high polyphenol content. It is extracted from the wild fruits of ancient tree giants in the region of Monte Iblei. Aromas: fresh, intensely fruity with notes of freshly cut grass, bitter almonds and chicory. Taste: very bitter, with pronounced but decaying sharpness, dried herbs, bitter almond. Use: for soups or in a vinaigrette as a contrast to a sweet sweet aceto BalSamico. Can be used as a moisturising oil on the face and body (thanks to the high concentration of polyphenols).
