Manchego Semi-Curado

The name ‘Vega Mancha’ comes from the La Mancha region of Spain. The cheeses are produced with the Manchego sheep’s milk, which feeds on very wild vegetation typical of rough climates. The climate and feed of the sheep cultivate an enjoyable taste that cannot be reproduced elsewhere.

Manchego cheese with 2-3 months of curation produced by Quesos Vega Sotuelamos (El Bonillo, Albacete). Made only with traditional methods, one of the best cheeses in the world.

Tasting: Round and powerful bouquet with penetrating aroma and medium intensity flavor.
