Iberico Lomo Bellota

La Prudencia Gran Reserva Loin is hand made from the ileospinal muscle of the bellota iberico pig. They are raised and fed on acorns in the Extremadura meadows. Afterwards, experts prepare them by going through a meticulous 4 to 6 month curing-maturation process, which gives rise to these unique Iberian pieces which showcase the rich marbling and tender texture that makes it a true delicacy.
