The history of Madama Oliva began in a castel which was called Castel Madama a small rural place where some families dried and sold black table olives. With the increase in passion and commitment, it leads to suprising results and it was appreciated and liked by the people.
The giant pitted green olives belong to the Halkidiki variety, one of the most renowned in Greece. Grown in the Chalkidiki peninsula, they are characterized by a large fruit, with a fleshy and crunchy pulp and a delicate aroma.
