
The Comte has a brown natural rind. The paste is yellow sprinkled with white hues the milk protein crystallized by the maturation. The texture and the flavors are rich and intense. You will get some roasted coffee aroma or a touch of dry fruits. Milk : Cow’s milk. Mature time: Minimum 24 months
