“Biscuity & A Hint of Salt”

During a pastry demonstration, Frédéric Bau left some white chocolate
in a bain-marie for too long and noticed that the color had turned
blond and the chocolate was emitting a delicate scent of freshly baked
and caramelized milk. After 8 years of research and
development, Dulcey was created with a unique recipe for a new
world of creativity and flavors.

The first notes of Dulcey chocolate are toasty and not too
sweet, gradually giving way to the flavors of freshly baked
with a pinch of salt.
