Cheddar Sage Derby “4137”

Sage Derby is thought to date back to the 17th century when cheesemakers began adding sage to cheddar because of its health benefits. It is similar in taste to a mild cheddar but when speckled with the aromatic herb sage, the cheese takes on a very different flavour.
