The Story. This vinegar was originally only given by Ludovico Campari and his family to friends as gifts. In 1986, Ludovico decided to start sharing this amazing balsamic with the rest of the world. He expanded production and, thankfully for us, the rest is history.
This vinegar is bright dark brown colour, medium bodied and it gives forth a distinctive fruity aroma. With a lovely, full flavor complete with hints of chocolate, figs and toasted malt, this balsamic perfectly complements both sweet and savory dishes.
