Marco Colzani is a young, passionate producer of chocolate, jam, and fruit nectars who opened his own laboratory in 2016. After graduating with a degree in agriculture, Marco became an enologist.

This is an apple juice made only from apples grown by local farmers and picked at the right level of ripeness, and nothing more. It does not contain any sugars other than apple sugar. For this sugar-free apple juice, Marco Colzani usually chooses mountain apples from Valtellina, but if at the time of selection they are not of the desired quality, they are replaced by other Italian apples. It is made according to the Marco Colzani method, which in all its products adheres to a careful selection of quality raw materials and the exclusion of everything unnecessary.
