Maison Ponthier has chosen to source its produce from Sicily, a land with volcanic geography. An apple-shaped autumn fruit, the pomegranate is made up of many small, very juicy, translucent seeds with a ruby red color. Ponthier pomegranate puree is produced only with the translucent red flesh found around the white seeds, which are not preserved. This is why when tasting Ponthier puree, you find this delicious color and the sweet and tangy taste of the best varieties.
