The Citrus Verbena Lemon association is a blend of Sicilian mandarin, Calabrian bergamot and lemon verbena. This base, a true concentrate of Mediterranean freshness, is suitable for making cocktails as well as sorbets and pastries. Lemon verbena gives off a sweet floral scent and allows for a multitude of simple and effective variations, served with sparkling water, lemonade or lemon-based sodas. For alcoholic versions, we can easily imagine it with gin, vodka or Champagne. On the sweet side, a marshmallow, jelly or coulis would make our mouths water!
