COMPOSITION Glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, strawberry puree (9.5%), gelling agent: pectin E440, acid: citric acid E330, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, strawberry flavour, colouring agent ponceau 4R (Ponceau 4R may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).
RECOMMENDATIONS Add 30% sugar or fruit juice to the glaze. Heat until boiling. Glaze using a pastry brush or a pastry spray gun. Be careful not to let the glaze caramelize.

CONDITIONS OF STORAGE Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place at 20℃.
