Fish gelatine 200 bloom powder. Deodorized gelatine. Fish origin. Recommended in halal and kosher preparations. Use the same way as 200 Bloom gelatine powder. Melt at 55°C, do not exceed 80 °C.Mainly used as a gelling agent, but also as a foaming agent or clarifying agent, stabilizer, emulsifier, thickener, binding agent.
