Aji Rocoto Whole IQF

Archaeological studies have recorded the presence of berries of this variety of chili in tombs located in the Andes that are 2,000 years old. Rocoto is consumed in different Latin American countries, although it is known by different names such as locoto -in Bolivia and Ecuador- or chile de cera or manzano, in Mexico.
