Halloumi Cheese

On the small Greek island of Lemnos, a family of cheese makers produces this delicious PDO feta. Prepared according to the traditional recipe, with only local sheep and goat milk, this feta has a rustic taste and delicious texture.

Thanks to an exceptional microclimate, lulled by the sea breeze and spoiled by a particularly rich local flora, this cheese
has powerful flavours.

Matured for at least 2 months in barrels before being jarred and vaccum-packed to be offered here, this feta cheese will be ideal to complement all your salads. Add it to pies with tomatoes or grilled vegetables for a typically Greek touch of deliciousness.
