Lamb Canon “Eye of Shortloin”

Kinross Station is situated 500km from Sydney and 400km from Melbourne at Holbrook in Southern NSW. The property is the home to the Kinross Station Hampshire Down flock and the Kinross Station Lamb Feedlot. Kinross Station was a prominent station for much of Australia’s settlement, originally consisting of over 70,000 acres. While originally a specialist wool property, the farm now is focused on premium lamb production.

Kinross is run with four adjoining properties Sonning, Bonnie Doon, Willow Bend and Roachdale, which serve breeding, finishing and fodder production capabilities. The Hampshire Down breeding program runs on all of these properties along with the LAMBPRO breeding program.
