
La Prudencia Bellota Iberian Salchichón is made based on the ancestral recipe of our grandparents, evocative of village flavours. Mixture of chopped meats from quality parts of the bellota Ibérico pig, seasoned, stuffed and cured in our natural dryers and storehouses, for approximately 4 months.
